Hey Savi x Lisa Snowdon Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Terms & Conditions for the Hey Savi x Lisa Snowdon Instagram Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Hey Savi

This Giveaway is operated by:

Hey Savi Limited (“Hey Savi”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

Be 18 years or older

Be a UK resident

Be a registered Hey Savi user by the entry deadline

Submit only one entry – duplicate entries or email addresses will count as a single entry

Employees of Hey Savi, Lisa Snowdon, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any person residing in the same household are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs from 26 August 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 9 September 2026 (“Closing Date”).

Hey Savi reserves the right to extend the Closing Date at its discretion. Any extension will be communicated via @heysaviofficial.

Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following:

a) Follow @heysaviofficial and @lisasnowdon on Instagram

b) Comment “WIN” on the official giveaway post

c) Complete the entry form sent via direct message, providing a valid email address

d) Be a registered Hey Savi user by the Closing Date

No purchase necessary.

5. ASA Compliance

All content relating to this Giveaway, including any content posted by Lisa Snowdon, must comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code. Where a commercial relationship exists, this must be clearly and prominently disclosed at the very beginning of any caption (e.g. “AD”), not solely via a hashtag placed elsewhere in the post.

6. Prizes

Three winners will be selected:

1st prize: An in-person styling session with Lisa Snowdon, during which she will personally select clothing for the winner up to the value of £500

2nd prize: £200 voucher

3rd prize: £100 voucher

The in-person styling session will take place in London, subject to mutual availability of Lisa Snowdon and the winner. Hey Savi does not guarantee a specific date for the session and reserves the right to reasonably reschedule it where necessary.

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random within 14 days of the Closing Date.

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, Hey Savi reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Proof of eligibility may be requested before a prize is awarded.

8. Use of Entrant Content

By entering, you agree that Hey Savi may repost or share related content with credit. Personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Data Protection

Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Data collected as part of this Giveaway may include:

– Instagram handle

– Email address

– Non-sensitive app usage metrics

This data will be used solely to administer the Giveaway, contact winners, and, where you have separately opted in, to send marketing communications in accordance with Hey Savi’s Privacy Policy. Giveaway entry data will be retained for no longer than six months after prize fulfilment, unless you have separately opted in to marketing communications.

10. Disqualification

Hey Savi may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, submitted via bots or in violation of Instagram’s guidelines. Hey Savi’s decision on disqualification is final.

11. Liability

Hey Savi is not responsible for technical failures or delays, lost or incomplete entries, or injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in this Giveaway. Nothing in these Terms limits Hey Savi’s liability for fraud or negligence.

12. Changes to the Giveaway

Hey Savi may amend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway where reasonably necessary. Updates will be shared via @heysaviofficial. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond Hey Savi’s control, no compensation will be provided to participants, but Hey Savi may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements.

13. Force Majeure

Hey Savi shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures, server outages, internet disruptions or any other unforeseeable events. In such circumstances, Hey Savi may suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway and will notify participants via @heysaviofficial.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
