Completely free to download and use. No subscriptions, no hidden fees – ever.
We earn when you shop – through a mix of affiliate commissions from retailers and brand partnerships. This never influences what you see. There are no paid placements, no sponsored results, no bidding for position. What ranks first is what’s most relevant to you, full stop.
Google Lens is a general-purpose tool that wasn’t built for fashion – and it prioritises sponsored results. Hey Savi was built specifically for women, by women, to do one thing well: find clothes that actually work for you. Zero ads. Zero paid placements. Millions of products ranked by relevance only.
Hey Savi is the only fashion search engine you need to find the exact items you want, in stock, in your size and for the best price. Have a photo or a screenshot of the item you’re after? Use our visual search tool and we’ll scour the internet for you. Don’t have an image but know what you’re looking for? Simply describe it. From there our AI-technology works its magic, identifying and finding that exact item. If there’s no exact match or it’s out of stock, we’ll serve you alternatives that match the same details.
We can search for one item at a time, but how many matches we bring you is unlimited. We’ll show you our top 4 first. Not seen what you want yet? Simply select ‘More results’ to refresh the results and see more alternatives.
No picture? No problem. Do a text search – simply describe the item you’re looking for in the chat.
Absolutely. Search for the designer item you had in mind and adjust the search to meet your budget, brand type, style, size and stock availability. We’ll refine the results to find you the perfect alternatives without the major price tag!
Simply tap the heart icon next to the item you love. You can see all of your favourite items under ‘Favourites’, by tapping the big heart in the tab menu.
As Hey Savi is a discovery platform, your purchase was processed directly by the retailer. Check your inbox for the order confirmation email from them and follow their returns process. If you can’t find the email, searching for the retailer’s name or “order confirmation” in your inbox should do the trick!
If you paid via PayPal, your purchase was still fulfilled by the retailer – Hey Savi doesn’t hold any orders. Head to your PayPal account, find the transaction, and use the retailer’s details shown there to contact them about a return. Their returns policy will apply.
Not to worry! Try searching your inbox (including your spam/junk folder) for the product name or “order confirmation.” If you paid via PayPal, log in and check your transaction history — the retailer’s name will be listed there. Once you’ve identified the retailer, their website will have full details on how to make a return.
For refund updates, you’ll need to check directly with the retailer you purchased from, as Hey Savi doesn’t process or manage payments. Your refund timeline will depend on their returns policy and your original payment method. If you paid via PayPal, you can also track any refund activity in your PayPal account.
