Hey Savi Influencer Competition

Welcome to the Terms & Conditions for the Hey Savi Instagram Influencer Competition (the “Competition”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Hey Savi

This Competition is operated by:

Hey Savi Limited (“Hey Savi”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

- Be 18 years or older

- Be a UK resident

- Have a valid UK postal address and bank account

- Use a Hey Savi code via one of the official participating Influencers

Employees of Hey Savi, participating Influencers and their spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and any person residing in the same household are not eligible.

3. Competition Period

The Competition runs from the date the Influencer’s Reel is posted until:

23:59 GMT on 31 December 2025.

Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the public prize draw, participants must complete all of the following:

1. Follow @heysavi on Instagram

2. Download the Hey Savi app from the iOS App Store

3. Submit the Influencer’s personalised code

4. Use the app (e.g., perform a search, upload a photo or describe an item)

5. Provide feedback through the app

No purchase necessary.

5. Influencer Requirements

Participating Influencers agree to:

- Create an Instagram Reel demonstrating the Hey Savi app journey

- Showcase image capture, search and personalised results

- Present Hey Savi as a new era in fashion search

- Highlight its ability to find items in stock, in size, and in price range

- Include all required CTAs

- Publish content at least one week before Christmas Day 2025

All influencer content must comply with ASA guidelines and, where required, include clear, prominent disclosure of the commercial relationship using hashtags such as #ad or #sponsored.

Influencers are not entered into the community prize draw.

6. ASA Compliance

In entering the Competition, the Influencer must comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code. All influencer content must, as required, include appropriate disclosure hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #gifted in accordance with ASA guidelines.

7. Prizes

Three winners will be selected with one of the following prizes:

£500 prize

£250 prize

£100 prize

Prizes will be paid via bank transfer within 14 business days of winner verification.

Specific to competition with Holly Ramejkis:

£1000 cash prize

Prize will be paid via bank transfer within 14 business days of winner verification.

8. Influencer Incentives

Influencers may receive performance-based incentives separate from the public Competition. These will be communicated privately.

9. Winner Selection & Notification

· Winners selected within 14 days after 31 December 2025

· Contacted via Instagram

· Must respond within 72 hours or an alternative winner may be chosen

Proof of eligibility may be requested.

10. Use of Entrant Content

By entering, you agree that:

- Feedback may be used anonymously for product development

- Hey Savi may repost or share related content with credit

- Personal data will not be shared or sold externally

11. Data Protection

Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Collected data may include:

- Instagram handle

- Email address

- Feedback responses

- Non-sensitive app usage metrics

12. Disqualification

Hey Savi may disqualify entries that are:

- Fraudulent

- Incomplete

- Duplicated

- Submitted via bots

- In violation of Instagram’s guidelines

Hey Savi’s decision is final.

13. Liability

Hey Savi is not responsible for:

- Technical failures or delays

- Lost or incomplete entries

- Injuries, losses or damages arising from participation

Nothing limits liability for fraud or negligence.

14. Changes to the Competition

Hey Savi may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition if necessary. Updates will be shared via @heysavi or via participating Influencers. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond Hey Savi's control, no compensation will be provided to participants, but Hey Savi may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements.

15. Force Majeure

Hey Savi shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures, server outages, internet disruptions, or any other unforeseeable events. In such circumstances, Hey Savi may suspend, modify, or cancel the Competition and will notify participants via @heysavi or participating Influencers.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
