Catherine Zeta-Jones is being hunted by seven assassins in Prime Video’s new thriller, and she’s doing it in the most covetable winter wardrobe on TV right now.
Kill Jackie landed on Prime Video on 2 October, all eight episodes at once. Zeta-Jones plays Jackie Price, a former international drug smuggler who has spent 20 years living anonymously as a globe-trotting fine-art dealer, until a group of elite hitmen called the Seven Demons is hired to take her out. Based on Nick Harkaway’s novel The Price You Pay, it was filmed in Bilbao, Lisbon, London and Swansea.
The plot is gripping. But it’s the coats, the headscarves and that red dress we can’t stop thinking about.
Jackie’s style in a nutshell
Jackie dresses like a 1950s screen siren on the run. Jackie’s sense of style is almost Hollywood glamour but with a little twist, which is a world away from Zeta-Jones’s gothic turn as Morticia in Wednesday. How to shop Jackie’s look
- Sharp tailoring. Neat, nipped-in jackets that look expensive without shouting about it.
- The silk headscarf. Knotted at the neck or swept back over the hair. It’s her signature, and it doubles as a disguise.
- Bold, rich colour. A head-turning red long-sleeved dress, plus bronze and gold for evening.
- Old-school evening glamour. A bronze sequinned dress under a faux-fur bolero, hair in a soft updo with face-framing strands.
It’s the wardrobe of a woman with money, taste and something to hide. In other words, perfect winter dressing.
Three Jackie looks for real life

The incognito weekend. Tailored jacket, dark straight-leg jeans, knee boots, silk scarf knotted at the neck and big sunglasses. Coffee in Lisbon optional.
Hey Savi recommends…
ASOS DESIGN comfort stretch straight leg jeans in rinse, £30- this pair are not only comfortable but will be a staple in your wardrobe for a special occasion, too.
The red alert. Red long-sleeved midi dress, black opaque tights, pointed ankle boots and a black wool coat. Add a scarf over your hair if it’s windy (or you’re avoiding someone).
Hey Savi recommends…
Bottega Veneta Compact Coat, £1474.55 (Cettire)- although pricier, this designer coat would be a great investment. It’s cosy, well made and has longevity with it’s 100% wool fabric.
The art-world party. Bronze or gold sequins under a faux-fur bolero, soft updo with a few loose strands, and a deep berry lip. Ideal for the Christmas party and beyond.
Hey Savi recommends…
Alie Street Jaclyn Faux Fur Bolero, £119- this cute bolero fit would work particularly well with a gold sequined number and gold jewellery for a real high glamour look.
You don’t need to be dodging hitmen to borrow Jackie’s wardrobe. Start with a silk scarf and a great jacket this winter, and build up to the sequins. Have you started watching yet?
