Lounge's Softfall lookbook
Lounge are one of our Hey Savi favourites, and it doesn't take a genius to work out why. Cosy knitwear, body-sculpting fits and the kind of buttery soft fabrics you never want to take off- they are an A/W fashion dream, full stop. So, when Softfall landed, we just had to know more. Imagine being on that design team and watching these pieces come to life? Wow.
We got fashion-savvy with Lounge, and came away even more determined to get our Pumpkin Spice Lattes ordered- and our Lounge orders in right after.
Autumn/Winter Prepping
Softfall, as it turns out, is all about that exact moment autumn arrives- when the air starts to shift and everything slows down just slightly. Set in a British countryside lake house, the campaign follows a quiet escape where mornings turn cooler, evenings arrive earlier, and comfort becomes the whole point. Think open windows letting in crisp air, soft knitwear replacing lighter layers, bare feet on wooden floors, and wrapping up in something warm. It's that shift in feeling where movement outdoors meets the comfort of coming back inside- autumn isn't fully here yet, but you can feel it on its way. Lounge becomes the uniform for that transition, with pieces built for crisp mornings, slow afternoons and cosy evenings.

Softfall was only the first tease, too. The much bigger AW26 launch, Autumn Arc, drops on 25th September. As the design team put it: "women are never just one thing, and they wanted AW26 to reflect that". The collection is built around versatility, bringing tactile knits, effortless layers and more structured silhouettes together into a wardrobe that moves seamlessly between comfort and confidence, built for every version of her.
If you're only going to buy one thing, make it the Zip-Up Borg Jacket. The design team will happily admit they're biased, but this was always going to be the hero piece- and it very quickly became a favourite in the Lounge office too. It comes in cream and chocolate, and delivers everything you want from an autumn jacket- soft, cosy, instant teddy-bear energy, effortless to throw on yet somehow instantly elevating whatever you've got on underneath. The soft fleece lining, funnel neck, elasticated fitted hem and cuffs, and curved chest stitching give it that perfect balance of comfort and considered detail.

Go to RetailerSo what's actually different this year? Nothing drastic, according to the team- more a case of listening even more closely to what their community wants. Customers want easy, cosy dressing, but they also want to feel elevated and put together, so Lounge has simply dialled up what they already do best. Softfall introduces that in-between transitional moment, all relaxed athleisure and loungewear, before Autumn Arc expands into a much more complete AW wardrobe- softer pieces alongside more tailored silhouettes, plus a much bigger offering of shoes and bags this time round. The team also learned from last year that their community was ready for their A/W pieces earlier, so that newness has been brought forward for 2026.
Festive fits? Lounge have you covered!
And the newness doesn't stop there. Between now and Christmas, expect core lingerie bestsellers in beautiful autumnal and winter hues, seasonal colourways across the ContourSoft™ range, the full AW26 launch, a few exciting celebrity moments, the meaningful and emotional Feel Your Breast campaign, and then the big Christmas drop towards the end of October.
If you're building your wardrobe around just a few standout pieces, the design team's advice is simple- go for versatile staples you can dress up or down. The Pleated Cinched Mini Dress in Brown Check, part of the upcoming AW collection, is exactly that- a neutral check that's incredibly easy to style, in a silhouette that feels timeless rather than trend-led. Wear it with knee-high boots for a night out, loafers and tights for the office, or ballet flats for a softer, everyday look come SS27. It's the kind of piece that earns its keep across occasions and seasons, rather than getting worn once and forgotten.
Expect to see a lot of rich, timeless tones through the collection- deep burgundies, navy, moss green, chocolate and earthy browns, alongside frosty creams, plus classic gingham and houndstooth patterns adding a little structure while still feeling completely timeless.

Go to RetailerFor pure cosy-comfort repeat-wear, the Knitted Loungewear Co-ord is the one to know. It's a genuine go-anywhere piece- Birkenstocks or trainers for coffee dates and errands, slippers for a cosy night in. Effortless, comfortable, easy to style- fair warning, you will want it in every colour.
The tea is spilt on SS27!
And because we couldn't resist asking what's next- the design team is staying tight-lipped on most of it, but did let slip that S/S27 is shaping up to be Lounge's biggest drop yet. The beloved maxi dresses are making a comeback, think cinched waists, dropped waists, lace corsetry and a whole range of new silhouettes. There's also, apparently, a dreamy lingerie collaboration in the works for S/S27- that's all we're allowed to say for now, but we'll absolutely be first in line when it lands.
