Why we love Nobody's Child
Louise Thompson is back at it, teaming up with fashion favourite Nobody’s Child for another standout edit. The brand has built its reputation on genuinely great quality at prices that make sense, and this collaboration is no exception.
There’s something about this latest drop that strikes the perfect balance between cosy and stylish. Easy to wear and packed with the staples you’ll reach for again and again, whether it’s an Autumn walk or weekday cocktails, it ticks every box.
The neckline on the Fair Isle print jumper is perfect for Autumn, making it an easy transitional piece to head into Pumpkin Spice Latte season.
We’re also loving the versatile colour palette running through this collection, one that slots into pretty much any wardrobe. The neutral hues are a great starting point if you’re after a staple to mix and match. Try styling the Fair Isle jumper with the Cream Cord Putney Barrel Leg Jeans for a look that’s put together yet casual, and effortlessly chic.
As always, we love a pop of colour, and the Red Tie Neck Wool-Blend Jacket is a lovely piece to add to the mix.
This jacket doesn’t just look ridiculously cosy; it has a tie detail that gives it that little something extra. Who wouldn’t want a statement piece like this added to their winter wardrobe? Available in three colours: red, navy and camel.
There’s a lot of green/grey shades running through the collection, too, and we’re big fans. Take the olive-green slip skirt: styled for the office with a layered cardigan over the top, it’s top-tier autumnal styling. And while the Louise Thompson edit is packed with everyday essentials, it’s not short on a knockout evening piece either.
Brown, v-neck, and finished with balloon sleeves, this satin dress has to be the standout of the edit. It’s bold yet beautifully sophisticated, with a natural, roomy silhouette rather than anything clingy or fitted. As Louise so perfectly demonstrates styling it on the Nobody’s Child site, it’s a dress that only needs the simplest styling to make a real impact.
